Urgent changes..!!

Hey Girls , there will be a change of plans for tomorrow's meeting and the charity bazaar !!

Tomorrow's guides meeting :

- We will be going out of school to get the ingredients for the charity bazaar
- 2.30 pm meet at the linkway
- Just wear your school attire
- We will be dissmissed at bedok reservoir ( sheng siong supermarket )
[ after we buy all out stuff ]

Notices :

- Please pass the last min message to the others
- We won't be baking cookies as we can't book the cookery room
- The charity bazaar date will change to this week / next week
- Plus we will be getting a new guides teacher :)

P.S : so after this changes , you MUST be present.. and DON'T be late !!! ( as this is arranged by ms shariffa )

17 aug 07 meeting

Guides meeting will be changed to FRIDAY ( this week )

- 17 Aug '07
- Before 1.30 pm at linkway
- Half - U [ bring along your school shorts ]
- Bring your guides handbook for every meeting :)

Agenda for friday will consist of :

- Petrol corner
- Discussion on charity bazzar
- Drawing / creating posters and banners
- Baking of cookies / brownies
- Exercise
Activities might chnage , plus some other stuff if time allows.. (:

* Please don't be latee.. or else maisara will have some "fun" punishments for you..

Aug 7 short meeting

There will be a short meeting concerning the charity bazzar.

- Right after school at 2pm
- Attire : just uniform
- Venue : attrium

Just think about what you can contribute first. Like cooking some stuff or drawing up some posters. Everyone have to do something :)
